If you have been to other auction places you know how they can be. Totally different experience here. The guys are helpful and communicative. They are always helping the elderly women with their packages out to their cars and offering to anyone else that needs it. Just genuine people.
I love buying from them, and usually, everything I purchase is in perfect condition. If something is missing or doesn't work, they refund your money. This is a safe place to buy.
Double check your items before leaving!! I had a bad experience at this location and left a 1-star review. However, I changed it. Management finally reached out to address my situation, and they handled it efficiently. They were both courteous and informative throughout the process.
